For the 5th time, Ergodyne has been named the Best Place to Work by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. Moving up this year into the Medium-sized company (50-250 Minnesota employees) group of honorees, Ergodyne is one of 15 companies honored in this category.

To determine award recipients, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal conducts an anonymous employee survey regarding their company culture, communication efforts, leadership, benefits and more. This year saw a record number of company nominations, with over 350 companies all vying for the Best Place to Work title in four business-size categories: Extra-Small, Small, Medium, and Large.

Companies are each awarded an individual score and Ergodyne will find out where they ranked within their category at an awards banquet to be held in August. The company finds itself in the winner circle for the fifth time due to a culture that truly lives into the company’s motto to Make the Workplace a Betterplace™.
