Think Tanks will take place in various locations around the Exposition at Safety 2019. These discussions encourage participation by taking a deeper dive into a problem or situation faced by OHS professionals. Everyone will be asking questions, discussing possible solutions or sharing what’s worked and what hasn’t.

Topics include engaging young professionals, safety guardrails, temporary workers, workplace harassment, confined space safety, among many others.

Flash sessions offer another opportunity for learning in between visiting booths and walking the floor. These 15-minute training presentations are meant to encourage attendees to get more information if they liked what they heard. They’re held in various booths on the expo floor, sponsored by companies. Some discuss quick tips, such as heat stress best practices and arc flash PPE. While others offer introductions to new technologies and even career advice.
