Healthcare facilities and providers can apply to receive a free smart lock by filling out this form and choosing from the following smart lock options:
- Indoor Padlock (4400ENT) – for securing equipment cabinets and medical kits
- Portable Lock Box (5440ENT) – placed on door knob; for securing keys to storage rooms
- Wall Mount Lock Box (5441ENT) – mountable to the wall to secure keys to storage rooms
