A-SAFE has introduced its new barrier range, an all-polymer system designed to outperform traditional steel barriers in safety, durability, and maintenance efficiency. The design delivers consistent impact absorption across both posts and rails, removing weak points that often compromise performance in conventional systems.

Each barrier can be equipped with integrated sensors that capture collision and motion data, giving operators visibility into high-risk zones and potential safety improvements. The data can be used to enhance training, redesign traffic flow, and prevent incidents before they occur.

The launch also supports A-SAFE’s new Barrier-as-a-Service (BaaS) model, which provides customers with protection, maintenance, and analytics on a subscription basis. The move reflects a broader shift toward data-driven, connected safety systems as industries embrace automation and smarter infrastructure.
