Ergodyne debuts ProFlex 924LD light Dorsal Impact-Reducing Gloves

January 6, 2012

ErgodyneErgodyne announced today the expansion of their Dorsal Impact-Reducing Glove Series to include the ProFlex® 924LD Light Dorsal Impact-Reducing Gloves. This new lighter duty glove provides back-of-hand impact protection combined with breathable Air-Mesh construction for outstanding breathability and dexterity.

“The 924LD represents the latest addition to what has become a very successful series of ProFlex® gloves focused on protecting the backside of workers’ hands,” said Tom Votel, president and CEO of Ergodyne. “This glove shares the patented DNA of the wildly popular ProFlex® 925F(x) but in a slightly lighter duty version for more supervisory positions as well as those applications that demand the highest dexterity.”

Offering less bulk while still providing outstanding protection, the 924LD employs slimmer molded TPR armor on knuckles and fingers for impact and pinch prevention, a 3mm EVA dorsal pad to protect vulnerable metacarpal regions and abrasion-resistant PVC on the palm and fingers to limit liquid penetration. Additionally, the high-vis color scheme (both dorsal and palm) allows for hand signaling and increased hand visibility on the job.

Ideal for any job requiring the perfect combination of protection and dexterity, particularly (but not limited to) the Oil & Gas industry, the new ProFlex® 924LD Light Dorsal Impact-Reducing Gloves are available February 2012 at all authorized Ergodyne distributors. For more information, visit www.ergodyne.com or contact us at 800.225.8238.
