Bradley Corp. acquires Keltech, Inc.

Summit Training Source offers new GHS training videoBradley Corporation announced today that it has purchased the assets of Keltech Incorporated of Delton, Michigan and will operate the company as a wholly-owned subsidiary. The purchase was finalized December 28, 2012.

Keltech Incorporated is a recognized leader in commercial-grade electric tankless hot water systems for applications including industrial plants, hotels, stadiums, food processing, and safety. “Keltech is a quality product made in the USA by quality people,” stated Bryan Mullett, president, Bradley Corporation.  “This acquisition continues to grow our leadership position in the commercial plumbing category and provides new, innovative products for our customers. We welcome the Keltech team to the Bradley family,” Mullett said.

“This partnership will allow Keltech to expedite our growth to reach our fullest potential with a market leader,” stated Melody Lutz, vice president, Keltech, Inc. Bradley intends to keep operations and employees of the new subsidiary in their current Delton, Michigan location.

Bradley, a fifth-generation, family-owned company, also has operations in Germantown and Menomonee Falls, Wis; Marion and Upper Sandusky, Ohio; Ontario, Calif. and Chicago, Ill.

Jon Dommisse, director of global marketing & strategic development, Bradley Corp., said the acquisition is an example of the company’s continued industry innovation and success as a family-owned, privately held company.
