Diversified fall protection, leaders in engineered fall protection solutions and training services, rolls out new line of portable fall arrest systems

Trans-portable fall protection for mobile applications

July 24, 2013

Vendor NewsDiversified Fall Protection, an industry leader of engineered fall protection solutions, guardrail, and fall protection training and equipment re-certification services, announces the introduction of Trans-Portable Fall Protection (TFP) Systems. The transportable fall protection equipment represents a significant broadening of DFP's product line historically focused on permanently installed engineered systems to prevent workplace falls. The new TFP line of mobile solutions is available beginning July 2013 following its premiere at the annual ASSE Safety 2013 Exposition. With this launch, Diversified Fall Protection now offers a complete line of both pre-engineered and custom-designed fall protection options. Transportable fall protection is ideal for applications requiring a mobile solution due to location, lack of overhead structure for permanent system mounting, or the need for multiple location use throughout a facility.

"The TFP systems are designed to keep workers safe when working on heavy-duty transportation equipment, loaders, trucks, aircraft, oversized equipment and much more," said Jeff Schneid, president of Diversified Fall Protection. "With the addition of these new solutions, Diversified Fall Protection can continue to help users specify the appropriate fall protection system for every situation and condition. This new line of solutions brings with it our team of engineers, operations staff and safety experts who are able to ensure customers receive the right OSHA-ready access solutions for their mobile applications. With shorter fabrication and delivery lead times than permanently installed, custom-engineered systems, TFP complements our existing fall protection solutions offerings, allowing us to better serve the growing safety needs of our diverse client base."

Trans-Portable Fall Protection systems are available as part of the Diversified Fall Protection family of fall protection products. The systems feature solutions that support both active and passive fall protection equipment such as ladder access systems, work platforms, mobile access solutions and fixed ladders. TFP systems will serve a variety of industries, including aviation, transportation, oil and gas, utilities, wind energy and construction.

For more information regarding mobile and transportable fall protection systems, call 1-800-504-4016 or visit www.fallprotect.com/fall-protection-solutions/transportable-mobile-fall-protection/.

Diversified Fall Protection is a turnkey fall protection equipment and training service company providing: fall hazard assessment, design, engineering, fabrication, installation, training compliance certification and re-certification of systems and components. DFP provides a single-source partnership to keep companies in compliance with OSHA-related safety requirements for fall protection and prevention.
