The 3M Versaflo AP-600 Series Air Regulator and Filtration Panels help enhance air quality for workers using supplied air respirator systems. The Versaflo AP-600 Series Panels help control the pressure of air delivered to supplied air respirators and help remove contaminants and nuisance odors from compressed air.

Weighing less than 25 pounds, the Versaflo filtration panel is lightweight, can be easily carried or mounted to a wall, and is configured to allow for 5 to 12 users depending on type of respirator. It helps filter common contaminants in compressed air systems including oil, water, particulates, and odors and, with an optional cartridge, it also helps filter carbon monoxide.

“What really makes the Versaflo Series cutting-edge is its nanotechnology carbon monoxide filtration,” said Chris Sneden, US Marketing Manager, 3M Personal Safety Division. “The nanotechnology applied in this filtration system is an extremely efficient catalyst that can filter out approximately 95% of carbon monoxide up to 1000 ppm that may be present in a supplied airline.”

The new Versaflo AP-600 Series Air Regulator and Filtration Panel can be used for applications across a variety of industries, including the automotive, petrochemical, ship building, construction, military, mining, and pharmaceutical industries. The AP-600 series has an air flow capacity of 100 CFM / 2830 lpm and offers an optional, easy to calibrate carbon monoxide/oxygen monitor with audible and visual alarms.  In addition, the filters are easy to remove and change for ease of maintenance.
