Haws® and ThermOmegaTech® join to offer ultimate steam water heater solution

Haws Corporation®, a global plumbing and emergency response manufacturing company has entered into an exclusive manufacturing and distribution agreement with ThermOmegaTech®, a design and manufacturing leader in self-actuating temperature control valves. With this new agreement, Haws now will serve as the primary source for instant steam heated tepid water systems and is pleased to offer the updated AXION® Steam Water Heater. This Haws model 9400 will be available to ship in the fourth quarter 2014 and offers all the great features of the original product as well as innovative new features, including:

  • ASSE 1071 certified mixing valve designed for safety shower and eyewash applications to deliver 80°F (27°C) water. 
  • Over-temperature bleeder valve on the outlet to ensure water temperatures are below the ANSI Z358.1 defined maximum temperature of 100°F (38°C).
  • Steam bleed valve allowing the unit to be installed in temperatures down to -30°F (-34°C).

In addition to longevity in standard emergency response products, Haws has many years of experience inventing, engineering, and manufacturing customized tepid water supply products for a multitude of climates and facility environments.  ThermOmegaTech continues to be the source for all other self-operating temperature actuated valves used to control flow of water, steam, air, and other fluids.
