Texas-based Metroplex Masonry has been fined $210,000 for four serious and seven repeat safety violations following an OSHA inspection.

The President's budget for the U.S. Department of Labor, released Monday, provides an increase of OSHA funding by $15.7 million (3 percent).

“This is the second accident where an individual was doing nothing other than doing their job being at work trying to earn a living for their families,” a city official said.
