Bill Rowe

Bill Rowe has been involved in emergency care education for more than 33 years. He became one of the first AED instructors for the Cardiac Resuscitator Corporation in 1979 and has remained involved in AED education since. Currently, he is VP of Brand Management for Professional Responders for 24-7 EMS® and 24-7 Fire training products from HSI.
