The 2016 Emergency Preparedness & Hazmat Response Conference is being held at the Sheraton Station Square, Pittsburgh, Pa from November 1st to the 4th.

Sponsored by the Pennsylvania Region 13 Task Force, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Homeland

Security/Infrastructure Protection, this national conference continues to bring the highest quality training and education to all involved in emergency management and public safety, as well as industry personnel. The conference includes an exhibit hall, half day to three-day training programs, and multiple breakout sessions, and an outdoor equipment display and demonstrations. Tuesday’s opening general session will feature Rocky Bleier, former Pittsburgh Steelers running back, Vietnam veteran, author and motivational speaker.

Thursday morning will feature PA Region 13 Counter Terrorism Task Force and other organizations showcasing various equipment and resources, along with several outdoor demonstrations.
