China International Occupational Safety & Health Exhibition (COS + H), founded in 2002, is held every two years. At present, this exhibition has become the leading occupational health and safety trade fair of the largest scale, highest level and most professional international technology and information exchange, covering a wide product including individual protective, mining safety, safety monitoring instrumentation and automation, emergency rescue and etc. COS+H 2010 attracted 190 exhibitors, of who 34.4% are from overseas.

The exhibition took up 18,000 square meter exhibiting space while 10,188 trade visitors visited the event.

The Aims and Significance of COS+H: 

• To encourage the application of suitable advanced technologies, to promote the ‘Boost Security by Technology’ strategy, and to continuously improve China’s safety production situations

• To build a brand promotion platform for exhibitors

• To build a technological communication and cooperation platform for exhibitors so as to enhance technological advancement

• To set up a trade and cooperation platform for the industry and to create a social atmosphere where everybody cares about safety production and occupational health.
