Haws Integrated™ announces key team member promotions

Vendor NewsHaws Integrated™ is pleased to announce several internal promotions within its growing team. These advancements are in support of Haws Integrated’s continued success in customized, tempered water emergency response solutions.

Casey Hayes- Director of Sales & Operations
Casey Hayes has been with the Haws family for more than 25 years and serves as one of the original members of the Haws Integrated team. With his recent promotion to Director of Sales & Operations, Hayes is responsible for global sales strategies and top line growth, key account management, production and product delivery, as well as operational efficiencies. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, Hayes will continue to provide key leadership for the expanded solution offering.

Larry Kilian- Director of Business Development
Graduating from Sheridan College in Ontario, Canada with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, Kilian brings many years of safety industry knowledge and experience to the Haws Integrated team. Kilian joined the team in 2013 as the Director of Corporate Accounts and was successful at developing and building stronger relationships with targeted key customers. As he transitions to Director of Business Development, Kilian will continue to strengthen these valuable relationships while leading strategy development and execution into Haws Integrated’s expanded services.

Gary Wardle- Senior Manager of Engineering
Gary worked for Otis Elevator as Branch Manager for over 25 years. Graduating from Cal Poly Technical, he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. As Senior Manager of Engineering, Gary is responsible for all Haws Integrated project engineering including the initial design stages, process efficiencies as well as product development.

Chad Fenner- New Product Development Manager
Chad brings 8 years of experience with the Haws team, specializing in complex piping system design, variable frequency drive pump control, heat and friction losses in piping systems, and automated system control. Fenner holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno. In his new role as New Product Development Manager, Fenner will be leading his Haws Integrated team in the development of new product advancements and innovations.

Nuray Ebel- Engineering Project Manager
With 10 years of engineering experience, Ebel specializes in designing, testing, and troubleshooting cryogenic pumps/turbines and leading project teams. Originally from Turkey, Ebel holds a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University. With her recent promotion from Senior Engineer to Engineering Project Manager, Ebel will be successfully planning, executing and leading her team throughout Haws Integrated’s detailed project completion process.

Ian Roberts- Engineering Project Manager
Roberts has been with the Haws Engineering team for more than 8 years. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, Roberts specializes in complex system design and automated system control. As one of the new Engineering Project Managers, Robert’s responsibilities include developing processes and procedures for the various projects as well as managing project objectives and requirements to completion.
