45 watt magnetic LED panel flood light released by Larson Electronics

April 29, 2015

Larson ElectronicsWith over 40 years as a leader in the industrial and commercial lighting industry, Larson Electronics announced the release of a 45 watt magnetic LED flood light.

The LEDPNL-2X2-M-1227 magnetic LED flood light from Larson Electronics offers high light output from a compact form factor and is designed to provide a more durable and energy efficient alternative to halogen lights. This light produces a wide flood beam of light while drawing only 45 watts at 120 volts AC. The light assembly consists of a 2X2 LED panel assembly paired with a diffused lens to produce an evenly illuminated work area. This panel is housed within an aluminum frame with a 200 pound grip magnetic base which allows the unit to be mounted to metallic surfaces such as walls or work tables. The panel is IP42 rated and incorporates professional thermal design for efficient heat dissipation and increased LED longevity. A ½” waterproof connector provides a secure and sealed power connection point and rounds out this unit’s weather resistant construction.  This panel requires no warm up time and the light can be cycled on and off without any reduction in lamp life. This unit can be powered directly from a 120 volt AC source and includes a 12’ SOOW cord terminated in a 5-15 straight blade plug. This LED work light is ideal for industrial applications, maintenance, cleaning and servicing duties, large open space areas, and any area where metallic surfaces provide opportunity for mounting.

“Our new LED panel light is very versatile and can be used as an overhead light, a pedestal light, or just about anywhere a portable and economical lighting solution is needed,” said Rob Bresnahan with Larsonelectronics.com. “This unit is designed to operate on voltages ranging from 120-277 and is equipped with 12’ of cord and a straight blade plug.”

Larson Electronics produces a full range of industrial and commercial lighting equipment, explosion proof extension cords, explosion proof plugs and receptacles, light towers, and LED work lights.
