RAE Systems by Honeywell is excited to announce the availability of new exotic gas sensors for its QRAE 3, wearable four threat personal gas detector. The QRAE 3 now supports the detection of Hydrogen Cyanide (HCN), Phosphine (PH3) and Ammonia (NH3), allowing for a wide variety of configurations to meet application specific requirements.

The QRAE 3 is a versatile, easy to use, personal gas monitor available in pumped or diffused models and can communicate the threat locally on the device as well as wirelessly to a centralized host or computer for remote monitoring. Using the wireless option, a safety officer has enhanced visibility to gas threats and man down situations in real time, allowing for proactive evacuation of a site or a quicker response time in case a man goes down.
