The American Industrial Hygiene Association’s (AIHA) IH Professional Pathway™ program has scored two AVA Digital Awards from by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP): a Gold in the animation category and Platinum in the category for digital marketing campaigns. 

The program is a member outreach and public awareness effort aimed at connecting with potential industrial hygiene students. The AIHA says the AMCP recognition will generate international attention and generate some very tangible benefits.

"Through this exposure, we can expand our reach in promoting the field of industrial hygiene and the critical role these professionals have in keeping workers safe," said AIHA Marketing Manager Ben H. Rome, who had a large role in the development of the program.

AIHA collaborated on the award-winning project with artists and designers like Fifth Story Productions, Klaus Scherwinski, Luisa J. Preissler, and Simeon Cogswell.

The AVA Digital Awards is an international competition that recognizes outstanding work by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design, and production of media that is part of the evolution of digital communication.

"The Association is also extremely proud of the artists and designers who helped give our vision life and color," said Rome. "They did a fantastic job in showcasing various aspects of the industrial hygiene profession."
