January 22, 2018

Carlton One Engagement, a rapidly-growing global technology company specializing in the development of SaaS-based solutions for global loyalty, channel sales, employee engagement and reward management, today announced the appointment of Dave Peer to the company’s board of directors.

Peer currently serves as vice president-global strategy for Carlton One Engagement, and has spent the past three years working with Carlton on strategy, supply chain, and business development.

Prior to joining Carlton One Engagement, Peer was president of Hinda Incentives in Chicago, and served as Hinda’s executive vice president, and vice president of client services. He is a past president of the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA), and led the rewards division of Carlson Marketing Worldwide. Peer also served as general manager of marketing for Play It Again Sports, and as a buyer for Target Stores and May Department Stores (now Macy’s).

“Dave brings our company extensive experience leading and operating complex operations, including technology, business development, procurement, supply chain, finance, and fulfillment processes,” said Carlton One Engagement Founder and CEO Rob Purdy.

“With Dave’s depth of industry experience, we’re confident he will be a significant contributor to Carlton One Engagement’s continued success,” said Nik Shah, managing director of H.I.G. Growth Partners, which recently announced a strategic growth investment in Carlton One Engagement.

Peer is a graduate of the University of Oregon, and completed the executive development program at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
