Wildeck, Inc. to display industrial mezzanine at 2019 Pack Expo

Wildeck
July 8, 2019

Wildeck, Inc. is pleased to announce that they will display their industrial mezzanine at this year’s Pack Expo show in Las Vegas, NV. A functioning demonstration unit will be on display in booth US-8420 for show participants interested in learning about how these sturdy work platforms help growing companies obtain additional square footage.

A Wildeck mezzanine is an elevated platform within a building that can be used for storage, manufacturing, office space or as an equipment access platform. Within the packaging industry, these stable work platforms are the ideal place to store additional inventory, supplies and equipment. Constructed with heavy-duty steel, these free-standing structures can safely support tremendous loads, including industrial packaging equipment. Designed around a building’s existing blueprint, the nut-and-bolt construction of a Wildeck mezzanine provides for easy expansion and relocation (if needed). Depending upon a facility’s ceiling height, a Wildeck mezzanine can be single or multi-tiered, effectively adding a second or third level to an existing building.

One of the primary advantages of incorporating a Wildeck mezzanine into a facility’s existing layout is the amount of time and money that can be saved when a company reaches their facility’s maximum capacity. While most companies that reach this point believe that their only viable solution is to move or renovate, a Wildeck mezzanine offers an alternative that extends a facility’s lifespan. While the exact specifications that a company selects for their Wildeck mezzanine will dictate the amount of installation time needed, most can be installed within a matter of a few weeks, resulting in minimal disruption to a facility’s daily activities.

“We are excited to show this year’s Pack Expo attendees all the benefits they can obtain from a Wildeck mezzanine,” said Paul Mihelich, Wildeck’s Vice President of Sales. “In addition to offering a cost-effective way to obtain additional square footage, Wildeck’s mezzanines have been proven to increase operational efficiency and safety and help companies achieve faster order fulfillment times.”

Wildeck mezzanines are also an ideal solution for packaging companies interested in starting or expanding their automation capabilities since they are capable of safely supporting the hefty equipment. Materials are safely and quickly moved through a facility through the integration of the mezzanine with conveyors, lifts, chutes and a host of other automation products. With the automation process safely contained overhead, ground-level space can be used for storing and quickly dispatching finished products.
