Through virtual and in-person events, research workgroups, and continuous engagement via newsletters, webinars, and surveys, members will have ongoing opportunities to collaborate, share insights, and implement best practices.

Culture & Workforce Dynamics emphasizes trust-driven safety cultures, leadership empowerment, and generational adaptation. Business Risk & Integration positions EHS within enterprise risk management, governance, and supply chains. Metrics & Measurement advances data-driven safety performance by integrating leading indicators, AI, and real-time analytics. Human-Centric Safety & Health prioritizes SIF prevention, HOP, mental health, and neurodiversity. Complex & High-Risk Communities address industry-specific safety challenges, while Regional Challenges & Context focus on localized risks and regulatory nuances. Lastly, Executive & Emerging Issues equip leaders with foresight on ESG, AI, crisis management, and evolving regulatory landscapes. Through these focus areas, the roadmap aims to drive meaningful, long-term improvements in safety and operational excellence.
