OSCO Safety Showcases ReadySeries Lineup at ASSP Safety

OSCO Guardrail

July 22, 2025

OSCO Safety is showcasing its ReadySeries product lineup at booth 1852 during the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Conference & Expo July 22–24, 2025 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

OSCO is a leading provider of safety solutions and a strategic partner of Bedford Reinforced Plastics, the manufacturer of ReadySeries — a comprehensive line of pre-engineered modular composite products.

OSCO’s offering of ReadySeries products represents the most extensive fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) modular solutions available for access and safety structure needs. ReadySeries includes industrial platforms, mezzanines, walkways, catwalks, fixed ladders, handrails, guardrails, stair towers and more for nearly limitless configurations. Each easy-to-install, modular component can be used independently or in combination with other products in the series, making it possible to install new or around existing structures.

ReadySeries FRP components are fire-retardant, corrosion-resistant and non-conductive. Anti-slip coatings minimize the risk of fall hazards, while Bedford's proprietary ReadyShield UV coating protects against ultraviolet (UV) light exposure, harsh weather, extreme heat and humidity without compromising structural integrity or surface appearance.

ReadySeries structures are ideal, affordable and quick solutions for industrial safety needs. All components are OSHA-compliant and available with high-visibility safety yellow coloring.

“ReadySeries modular products can help enhance workplace safety while increasing productivity and efficiency,” said Kyle Pollino, sales manager for OSCO Safety. “The pre-engineered components create affordable, customized solutions by offering multiple configurations that are ready to ship and designed for easy installation.”

ReadySeries products include:

  • Platform & Crossovers are ideal solutions for industrial access platforms, walkways, mezzanines and catwalk applications that don’t require a custom build. ReadySeries platform materials are available in 3'x3', 3'x6' and 3'x9' increments and heights of 1'-6", 2'-3", 3'-0", 3'-9", 4'-6", 5'-3" and 6'-0". Customers can also add ReadySeries stairs, ladders, handrails or guardrail components to achieve their ideal configuration.
  • Fixed-Access Ladders let customers quickly combine sections, available in 10' and 15' increments, for the desired ladder height. If needed, customers can easily trim one section with ordinary tools for an exact fit or add a walk-through for a complete system.
  • Handrail & Guardrail materials are perfect for both new structures and repairs. They are stocked in 3', 8', 15' and 20' sections, and you can also specify the length of your railing run and Bedford will package all components into a handy kit. Materials can be used on their own or to complement ReadySeries platform products for a complete safety solution.
  • Stair Towers adapt easily to almost any configuration. They fit in a 7'-6" by 12' nominal footprint, rising in 6' increments between landings. When needed, a short stretch of up or down stairs is provided for the final transition at the top. ReadySeries stair sections are also used in conjunction with ReadySeries platform materials to meet any configuration needed.
