Toyota launches enhanced website

Vendor NewsToyota Material Handling, U.S.A., Inc. (TMHU), supplier of North America’s No. 1 selling forklift, announced today that it has launched a new enhanced website: www.toyotaforklift.com. In an effort to support the company’s continued growth initiatives, the new site provides detailed product information  on the company’s extended industrial equipment line including: internal combustion cushion and pneumatic lift trucks, electric lift trucks, pallet and reach trucks, Automated Guided Vehicles, and electric and diesel tow tractors.

“The new toyotaforklift.com is designed to provide easy access to the information visitors to the site want most, including links to their local authorized Toyota forklift dealer, product information, brochures, news stories and more,” said Melinda Beckett-Maines, national marketing manager for Toyota.  “The navigation was thoroughly reviewed and revamped to make the site more user-friendly.”

The expanded site provides instant access to comprehensive resources including: incentives and special offers, downloadable product brochures, videos and commercials, safety training information, recent new articles related to Toyota’s material handling business, corporate leadership profiles and information on national accounts and fleet management programs. Toyota’s social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube also can be accessed via the site and users can register to receive company updates via RSS alerts.

To accommodate the needs of the Canadian market within the North American organization, Toyota also provides easily accessible links to the newly launched website, www.Toyotaforklift.ca. The website is hosted in both English and French and offers dealers, and customers, information about products and services specific to the Canadian market.
