globalA series of virtual symposiums by the American Society of Safety Engineers’ (ASSE) is aimed at helping participants understanding  international cultures, standards, and how to work effectively with a multi-culturally diverse workforce.

The Global Safety Symposium will consist of six live webcasts from March 20 - 23. Those registering will also be able to access several on-demand sessions. The sessions will run from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. GMT so as to be more accessible for non-U.S. audience members. The live webcasts will be recorded for viewing at anytime and anywhere.

The ASSE says the session presenters are professionals with experience in global occupational safety, health and environmental (SH&E) programs and processes.

The 60-minute sessions include the topics:
