R3 Safety, LLC, a leading redistributor of safety equipment in the U.S. and Canada, has announced it has named Jason Pelzer to the position of inside sales manager and Kyle WeWe as inside sales representative.

Pelzer will lead the inside sales team with a focus on developing client and prospect relationships. Most recently, he served as a district sales manager for U.S. Bank where he was responsible for mortgage sales and service operations of 28 bank branches in Southwestern Ohio and Southeast Indiana. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.

“Our inside sales team will help our customers better understand the solutions that, together, we provide their customers, and we look forward to Jason’s leadership to achieve this important objective,” said R3 Safety General Manager Jim Walker.

WeWe joins R3 Safety from Enterprise Rent-A-Car where he was an Assistant Branch Manager responsible for consumer and corporate sales. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing and Entertainment from Thomas More College and was a member of the collegiate baseball team.

Jason and Kyle reside with the inside sales team based at R3 Safety headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.
