Kimberly-Clark Professional names Vice President for North America

June 5, 2014

Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) today announced an executive change in North America that further strengthens its focus on accelerating growth in this key region.

Mike Flagg has been named vice president for Kimberly-Clark Professional North America. Flagg is a 26-year veteran of Kimberly-Clark who joined the company in 1988. Flagg currently leads KCP’s Global Industrial Sector and also serves as the interim leader for the company’s Global Sales and Marketing teams.

"As a seasoned and respected leader in KCP, Mike brings a breadth of experience, knowledge and thought leadership to his new role. He has been instrumental in driving strong business results in his previous assignments with KCP, and he understands our channels, our customers and our competitors," said Kim Underhill, president for Kimberly-Clark Professional. "In addition, Mike has a proven track record of building talent across KCP, which will be key as we continue on our path to provide exceptional workplaces for our customers."

Flagg joined KCP in 1997 as a business analysis team leader and has held a series of leadership positions during his time with the company. Prior to his current position leading the Global Industrial Sector, Flagg was vice president for Innovation and New Ventures for KCP. Flagg also has held the roles of Director- European Wiper Business and Marketing as well as Director -Washroom Business for North America.
