Ergodyne announces 17th annual 65 Roses Golf Classic: A Tenacious Tournament™

June 25, 2014

Ergodyne announced today its seventeenth annual 65 Roses Golf Classic: A Tenacious Tournament™ at the Legends Golf Club in Prior Lake, Minnesota on Monday, July 14, 2014. This highly anticipated, premier safety industry fundraiser brings together leading manufacturers, distributors, reps, and end users from all over the country to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF). Primary sponsors of this year's tournament include Superior 3rd Party Logistics, the Votel Family Foundation, ISK Industries, JDF Associates, and Sqwincher.

Over the past 17 years, Ergodyne, along with the tremendous support of the safety community, has raised over $2.6 million dollars for this worthy cause. Known for its top-rated golf course, the 65 Roses Golf Classic provides an opportunity to connect with friends, clients and existing and potential customers.

Comments from past years range from "I closed my biggest deal of the year at 65 Roses," to "Best run event in the industry," to "...I am honored to have been a part of it," and "I'll be back!"

"We are lucky to be in a great industry filled with lots of good people who like swinging a club for a good cause," said Tom Votel, president and CEO of Ergodyne. "If you're in the safety biz and you're not present at this event in some way shape or form - let's change that!"

To donate to or get involved in The 65 Roses Golf Classic: A Tenacious Tournament™, email TenaciousNation@ergodyne.com. The tournament sells out every year - so act soon! There are 1,001 ways to get involved. For more information on CF, please visit www.cff.org.

About Cystic Fibrosis

Cystic fibrosis is an inherited chronic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system of about 30,000 children and adults in the United States (70,000 worldwide). A defective gene and its protein product cause the body to produce unusually thick, sticky mucus that clogs the lungs and leads to life-threatening lung infections; and obstructs the pancreas and stops natural enzymes from helping the body break down and absorb food.

About the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to assure the development of the means to cure and control cystic fibrosis and to improve the quality of life for those with the disease. For more information on cystic fibrosis, call (800) FIGHT CF or visit the website at: www.cff.org.
