Haws® welcomes new team members and announces internal promotions

August 19, 2014

Haws Corporation® is pleased to announce several additional team members as well as internal promotions within various company departments. These additions are in support of Haws’ continued success in the emergency equipment and hydration industries.

New Team Members Include:

Hollie Tracy-Ochoa- Executive Assistant for Sales and Marketing


Hollie joins Haws with many years of administrative and office support services background.  She most recently worked for the University of Nevada, Reno as an Administrative Assistant. As Executive Assistant, Hollie will provide support and coordinate activities for the sales and marketing departments, Regional Sales Directors and Customer Service  with direct support to the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and Vice President of Sales.

Melanie Mayer- Safety Supervisor/ ISO Coordinator

With a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental and Occupational Health from California State University Northridge, Melanie has built her career in a variety of safety and environmental health positions. Prior to joining Haws, Mayer held various related positions including Safety Specialist and Occupational Health and Safety Analyst. Her responsibilities include fostering a safe work environment for Haws employees while maintaining the company’s compliance with OSHA, environmental, and ISO standards and regulations.

Mike Damon- Haws Integrated Sales Engineer

Damon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and brings more than 30 years of engineering experience to Haws. His responsibilities include finding creative and cost efficient ways to leverage Haws’ unique safety capabilities in his new position as Haws Integrated Sales Engineer, covering the East Coast Region.

Internal Promotions Include:

Jeanene Fisher and Kim Courtney- Haws Integrated Inside Sales Specialists


Jeanene joined Haws in 2012 and brings over 23 years of administrative experience to her new position. Kim has been with Haws since 2007 and has more than 15 years of project and account management, sales, and accounts receivable experience. Fisher and Courtney will work closely with leads and Sales Engineers to drive territory coverage, quote management, sales follow up and the post sales experience.
