• Online registration is now open! Early bird discounts expire on August 8. One-day and full-week registrations include the Gala Opening Reception, Opening Plenary Session (including the keynote address by illusionist Jeff McBride), and access to technical sessions and the Exhibit Hall. (Workshop-only registrants may attend the Gala Opening Reception with purchase of a ticket.)

Traveling to the United States? As of January 2010, international travelers to the U.S. from the 35 Visa Waiver Program countries must register in the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) online database athttps://esta.cbp.dhs.gov before entering the U.S. by air or sea.

Attention Members!

• Renew your 2011 HFES dues online BEFORE you register. To benefit from the substantial member discounts on annual meeting registration, your 2011 dues must be paid.

• To prepay your 2012 membership dues at the same time you register, complete and return the 2012 Membership Renewal Form. Your 2011 dues can also be paid via the HFES Web site, but your 2011 dues must be paid first.

Nonmembers:

• Your full-week nonmember registration entitles you to complimentary HFES membership through December 31, 2012. (Does not apply to students or those who have been members in the past.) See theRegistration Information brochure, page 3, for details.

• If you are a member of society affiliated with the International Ergonomics Association, you are entitled to the HFES member rates listed on the Registration Form.
