Faztek announces Quick Quote mobile app to help users request custom machine guarding quote in minutes

Faztek’s Quick Quote app is currently available for iOS and Android devices

November 8, 2016

Custom industrial safety guarding provider Faztek announces today the launch of its Quick Quote mobile app, which allows companies to request a custom machine guarding quote in minutes.

The free Quick Quote mobile app enables users to take a few photos of a machine that requires custom guarding, eliminating the need to speak with a salesperson.

How Faztek’s Quick Quote app works:

  • Download Faztek’s free Quick Quote mobile app from the Apple or Android store.
  • Use the app to take four photos (front, back and both sides) of any machine that needs guarding.
  • Quickly and easily add details to the project, as needed:
o   Include dimensions on each photo
o   Select preferred material type (aluminum or steel guarding)
o   Add a video to show designers where machine operator sits
o   Tap photos to indicate where doors should be included
  • Faztek designers will send a comprehensive free quote complete with a Bill of Materials (BOM) and 3D AutoCAD drawing in three days or less for purchase consideration.

“We are dedicated to providing customers with safety guarding solutions that protect employees, machines and companies as a whole,” said Aaron McDevitt, president of Faztek. “With our new app, it is now easier than ever to request a quote for unique safety guarding, and we believe this technology will have an enormous impact on the customers and industries we serve.”

Faztek is the only company in the United States to offer unique hybrid systems made of aluminum t-slot, steel guarding, as well as an electronic safety device, which is in accordance with OSHA’s most recent criteria.
