From trucks to tools: WOC showcases new products

World of Concrete

Among the exhibitions in the World of World of Concrete New Product Zone will be some that are a bit larger than what you normally see at trade shows. In the Material Handling area in the Central Hall, for instance, attendees will get a close look at trucks and excavators used for material delivery, distribution, concrete placement, and earth moving.

More large equipment used in surface preparation, scarifying, grinding, sawing and demolition will be found in the Concrete Repair & Demolition area that will be housed in the South Hall.

Masonry professionals will want to make their way to the North Hall – known during WOC as “World of Masonry” -- where they’ll find exhibits of products, tools, information, and technology for to their specialty.

The North Hall will hold the Producer Center, a marketplace of materials, equipment, demos, and seminars for concrete producers.

Commercial construction is as eager to keep up with industry-related technology as any other industry. Those in it will find the newest products and tools – from top information technology to systems providers – in the North Hall.

Also in the New Product Zone:

Concrete Surfaces & Decorative (South Hall): Showcasing the popularity of decorative concrete for both commercial and residential applications.

Precast (North Hall): The latest products and technologies in the precast/prestressed sector.

Concrete Masonry (North Hall): Everything for the producers of concrete masonry (block, segmental retaining wall units, veneer, slabs, pavers, and roof tiles, admixtures, equipment & supplies and pigments.

Concrete Reinforcement (North Hall): features the leaders in concrete reinforcement showcasing reinforcement bending, cutting, straightening, and fabricating machinery, reinforced positioners & locators, epoxy-coated, steel, glass fiber, galvanized bar and all types of reinforcement accessories.
