Industrial Scientific, the global leader in gas detection, is pleased to announce the hiring of Lisa Brooks as the new vice president of human resources (HR). Lisa will be responsible for the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives while partnering with the leadership team to drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational design.

Lisa joins Industrial Scientific after a 10-year career with Tektronix, a Fortive operating company based in Oregon that designs and manufactures test, measurement, and monitoring solutions to accelerate global innovation. There Lisa worked in a range of leadership positions including global director & HR business partner as well as interim director, human resources – Asia Pacific, based in Shanghai.

Lisa received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with a concentration in human resources, from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
