Haws announces internal promotions

Haws announces several promotions within the Haws-NA team. These promotions are a testament to the individual’s hard work, commitment, and outstanding contributions to our team and organization.

Justin Dunn has been promoted to Field Marketing Manager. Justin continues to be an integral part of our overall growth success story, consistently exceeding expectations with his customer interactions, brand advancements, and sales support. This promotion is a testament to his exceptional skills, dedication, and significant contributions to our marketing & sales strategies and campaigns. In his new role, Justin will take on a larger leadership to develop and execute effective channel marketing training and events to drive customer awareness and growth. Justin will continue to report to Katy Loos.

Tyler Maggert has been promoted to Electro-Mechanical Engineer III. Tyler joined the organization in 2020 and has been an active contributor to various new product development and engineering projects. Tyler consistently demonstrates creativity and ingenuity in applying principles and practices to successfully drive solutions. In his new role he will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electro-mechanical systems and projects. He will play a key role in optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving innovation in our engineering solutions. Tyler will continue to report to Ian Roberts.

Hailey McCauley has been promoted to HR Manager – NA. Hailey has demonstrated deep understanding of HR practices, natural leadership of our company’s values and growth goals, and has consistently gone above and beyond to drive positive change and support our employee development. In her role, Hailey leads the recruiting strategies and onboarding activities of new hires and will continue to ensure that HR practices align with our company's values and objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment for all. Hailey will continue to manage Safety and report to Theresa Auld.

Joe Parnes has been promoted to Senior Engineer. Joe brings more than 11 years of industry experience and has continuously demonstrated technical expertise, leadership qualities, and strong commitment to impact company objectives. Joe has played a pivotal role in driving cost-reduction efforts, showcasing his ability to deliver quality results. In his new role, Joe will take on additional responsibilities including continuing to drive cost reduction innovations, mentor junior members, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful engineering initiatives. Joe will continue to report to Ian Roberts.

Sceirine has been promoted to Shipping Lead. Ty has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a strong commitment to ensuring efficient and timely shipping processes. He has been instrumental in continuous improvements efforts, focusing on customer-focused solutions, and showcasing his ability to optimize workflows and deliver excellent results. In his new role, Ty will ensure the shipping team delivers shipping commitments, managing FIFO of Finished Goods product, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations. He will continue to lead by example and encourage our shipping team to achieve quality expectations. Ty will continue to report to Melissa Lee.

Mike Wilhelm has been promoted to Senior Marketing Growth Manager – NA. Mike has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership and strategic thinking in his previous role, driving significant growth and innovation in our marketing initiatives. He has been instrumental in developing and executing successful campaigns and fostering strong relationships with the sales department and regional offices. In his new role, Mike will lead the North America team in implementing programs to drive demand in new industries and regions and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve annual growth objectives. Mike will continue to report to Katy Loos.

Keri Brewster has been promoted to Finance Manager, North America. Keri has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and she has proven herself a capable leader and a key contributor to the organization. She joined the company in 2022 and has held roles in North America Accounting as well as Global Consolidations. Keri will continue to lead by example and encourage our finance team to achieve quality expectations. Keri will continue to report to Geoff Norby.
