Haws® announces internal changes and promotions

Haws®, a Traynor Family Enterprise™ company, is pleased to share several internal promotions that support Haws continued success in the emergency equipment and hydration industries.

Internal Promotions Include:

Ted Hertz- General Manager, Hydration
As General Manager of the Brita® Partnership for the last 3 years, Hertz has amplified the organization’s partnership with the Brita® brand and strengthened the program through the  introduction of additional products to the portfolio as well as new distribution opportunities. As he transitions to a broader management position as General Manager of Hydration, Hertz will utilize his 15 years in the water industry to take on the responsibility of overseeing the drinking fountain business in addition to strengthening the Brita® professional line.

Sam Sarver- Vice President & General Manager, Haws Safety Solutions
With more than 10 years of Haws experience, Sarver’s recent promotion combines the responsibilities of managing the Haws Emergency Equipment business with the growing Haws Integrated brand. As Vice President & General Manager of Haws Safety Solutions, Sarver enters this position with over 30 years of experience in the industry and will now oversee the strategic direction of Haws’ safety solutions.

Adam Pruitt- Product Manager
Over the last year, Pruitt has demonstrated vast knowledge and technical experience in the management of a product’s lifecycle.  Pruitt’s role as Product Manager has been expanded to include sustaining products as well as responsibility of the commercialization process for Haws Emergency Equipment, Hydration/Brita® Professional and Haws Integrated product portfolios in North America.

Gary Wardle- Engineering Manager
Wardle has been promoted to Engineering Manager for Haws Emergency Equipment, Hydration/Brita® Professional and Haws Integrated product portfolios in North America. In his two and a half years at Haws, Wardle has demonstrated great strength in his technological problem-solving, planning abilities and oversight of complex projects with the Haws Integrated business.

Linda Lessnau- Supply Chain Manager

With over 20 years’ experience in a variety of supply chain functions including operations, procurement, manufacturing engineering and project management, and 8 years with Haws, Lessnau has been promoted to Supply Chain Manager- Center of Excellence for Traynor Family Enterprise. In her new position, she has been tasked with managing the coordination and monitoring of goods and materials from suppliers to customer. 

Samantha Hoch- Marketing Specialist

As the Haws Marketing Coordinator for the past three years, Hoch demonstrated critical ability to support and guide numerous marketing efforts, and has been promoted to Marketing Specialist within the Corporate Communications department. As Marketing Specialist, Hoch’s role will grow to encompass more responsibility, strategic input, and direction within her previous efforts.
