TRSA launches Hygienically Clean Certification Customer Portal

May 20, 2024

The new Hygienically Clean Certification Portal launched on April 15 as part of the Hygienically Clean Certification Program Enhancement Initiatives. Hygienically Clean certified plant representatives may now use the Certification Customer Portal for all their Hygienically Clean certification activities.

This includes:

  • Online application process (new applicants and renewals): New online application that allows new or renewal plants to apply online versus submitting a paper application. Payment must still be made via a credit card or check.
  • Certification Dashboard: Provides a snapshot of the plant’s application progress, certification progress and certification information that includes certification date and expiration date.
  • Microbiological Sample Submission: Plants can upload their microbiological sample reports directly to the portal. This dashboard also provides a timeline for their sample submission to maintain certification and access to previous samples submitted.
  • Automated Workflows: Plant contacts will now receive automated workflow notifications for important deadlines regarding their certification scheduled for 90 days, 60 days, 30 days and past due. This includes quarterly microbiological sample report due dates and certification renewal notices.

“In our pursuit of excellence and maintaining our titanium standard, this portal promises to revolutionize the certification process by providing automatic reminders for quarterly testing and renewals, and enabling certification plant contacts to access certification activities at their convenience,” said Samlane Ketevong, TRSA’s senior director of certification and accreditation. “This portal is a huge technological advancement for our administrative processes.”

Phase two of the Certification Customer Portal will include enhancements to the audit scheduling process and addition of the Clean Green Certification Customer Portal which is scheduled for launch in early 2025.
