MIPEX-05 is an ultra-low power NDIR gas sensor designed for automatic continuous measurement of hydrocarbons and carbon dioxide concentrations in hazardous areas.

• Maintenance-free Fixed Detectors reducing the risks associated with frequent inspections in hard-to-reach or hazardous areas.

• Supply voltage: 2.7 to 5 V, compatible with diverse power sources,
• Extended measurement range:
• CH₄ up to 100% vol.; 
• C₃H₈ up to 20% vol.;
• CO₂ up to 10% vol.
• Long-term measurement stability – over 10 years.

MIPEX-05 features:

• Ultra-low power consumption – average current consumption 60 μA,
• Integrated microcontroller provides linearized and temperature-compensated output data,
• Dual-wavelength LED technology ensures high measurement reliability and ultra-low power consumption,
• Intrinsically safe explosion protection level «ia»,
• Standard 4th series size - ⌀20.1×16.6 mm,
• For C₃H₈ available a high-sensitivity model with 10 ppm resolution and 20 ppm low detection limit.
