SevenGen announced the acquisition of Workplace Safety & Health Co., Inc. (WSH), founded in 2000 by Richard A. Griffith, CIH. In the years since, the company has grown to serve clients nationwide with quality industrial hygiene and occupational safety services.

Griffith says he is most excited about the opportunity to expand on the trusted relationships his company has established over the years.

“We pride ourselves on providing personalized service to our clients, with the expertise and enterprise-level solutions they need to remain successful,” he explains. “We chose to partner with SevenGen because they share these values, they bring new capabilities to our clients, and they’ve demonstrated a commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence. I built this business with those ideals in mind, and SevenGen will carry those priorities forward.”

SevenGen is a growing company with offices in the Midwest into the Gulf Coast. Adding WSH’s professionals to its team will provide even greater depth of expertise available to clients while maintaining its philosophy of service excellence and dedication to delivering exceptional environmental, health, and safety solutions.

“Our growth is deliberate,” says Kevin Roegner, MPH, CIH, Managing Principal of SevenGen. “While we’re eager to expand our geographic reach and be an even greater resource to our clients, we are carefully pursuing quality partnerships with HSE firms that share our core values and are committed to improving our mission. Workplace Safety & Health Co. exemplifies that approach in every way.”

Roegner added that SevenGen’s initial focus, as it welcomes the WSH team, is to encourage and support the level of trust they have established with their clients. This includes continuity in the teams working with clients, procedures, and the overall approach. Most importantly, SevenGen is committed to providing the highest-level service experience, consistent with what SevenGen and WSH’s clients have come to expect. “Workplace Safety & Health Co. has earned a very strong reputation in our industry,” he says. “We’re honored to continue that legacy.”

SevenGen is confident that WSH’s clients will appreciate the level of support an expanded team will provide, along with additional resources and a commitment to proactivity and responsiveness. And WSH is eager to contribute to the growth of such a meaningful organization.

“I’ve appreciated SevenGen’s respect for what we’ve built,” Griffith states, “and I know our employees and our clients will love working with Team 7G.”
