Pelican Products Appoints Three New Directors to Its Leadership Team

As they continue to execute an aggressive global growth strategy, Pelican Products, a leading manufacturer of high performance protective case solutions and advanced, portable LED lighting systems, continues to build its team with the appointment of two business development directors, Rich Cusolito and Jeff Wodrich as Directors of New Segments, and its lighting division with the appointment of John Hanwell as Director of New Product Development—Advanced Area Lighting Group (AALG).
 
“As we grow and diversify our markets and product offerings, the addition of these key individuals makes our leadership team that much stronger,” said Lyndon Faulkner, President and CEO, Pelican Products. “I’m confident that their knowledge and expertise will elevate and promote our amazing line of products to levels beyond where we have only scratched the surface.”
 
Rich Cusolito brings more than 15 years of business development, sales, and customer relationship management experience to his position. His responsibilities include the development of the New Segment team, identifying new projects, and implementing new sales strategies for Pelican. Prior to joining the Pelican team, Cusolito worked as Vice President of Sales, North America for Technicolor. Cusolito holds a degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
 
Wodrich brings more than 15 years of sales, business development, marketing, and project management expertise to his position. Prior to joining Pelican, he helped to drive millions of dollars in revenue to leading manufacturing and engineering companies that include Elpro, C2M, FP International, ThermoSafe and ISC, Inc.  Wodrich holds a Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix and attended the University of Northern Arizona.
 
As Director of New Product Development, AALG, John Hanwell is responsible for the innovation, research, and development of advanced LED area lighting products. He brings more than 25 years of consumer product development experience to his new role. Prior to joining Pelican, Hanwell worked as a consultant to Limeshore Management, Ltd. Hong Kong. He holds an Industrial Design degree from Ravensbourne College of Art and Design in London, England.
