The Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) is now accepting nominations for the Second Annual BCSP Awards of Excellence (AoE), the ceremony for which will be held Thursday, June 27, 2013 at the American Society of Safety Engineers' (ASSE) Professional Development Conference, Safety 2013.

"The accomplishments of our certificants positively impact the SH&E profession," says Dr. Treasa Turnbeaugh, BCSP CEO. "BCSP recognizes certificants' lasting contributions, and looks forward to celebrating their outstanding safety practice with the 2013 Awards of Excellence ceremony."

Nominations for the 2013 AoE will be accepted through February 28, 2013.

The BCSP credentials safety, health, and environmental practitioners and establishes standards for and verifies competency in professional safety practice and evaluates certificants for compliance with recertification requirements.
