Nick Goodell is the Director of Process Improvement with Intelex/Predictive Solutions. His team is responsible for implementing process and culture needed to support software and advanced analytic initiatives for clients. Nick has 20 years of experience in software and risk management. He was previously a Managing Partner at Echo-Bell where he worked with companies to implement useful applications for risk management, human resources, and compliance software products. In his early career Nick worked directly for insurance companies and earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
