SafeVision, LLC is pleased to announce that we have entered into a definitive merger agreement with Industrial Vision Corporation, a leading provider of safety eyewear and safety eyewear programs.

This merger with Industrial Vision will broaden SafeVision’s customer base as well as provide a network of on-site optical services throughout the United States. Not only does Industrial Vision provide safety eyewear, the company is also a leader in forklift operator safety glasses, medical operating room safety eyewear and safety eyewear for respirator applications. In addition, the combination provides SafeVision an additional experienced optical team headed by John Stewart with over thirty years of optical and safety experience.  The merger will also allow the distribution of SafeVision’s exclusive ergonomic and designer oriented safety frame line to Industrial Vision customers.

Closing of the transaction is expected before year’s end. The merged operations will be located at SafeVision’s new 6,500 square foot corporate headquarters at 9715 Olive Blvd., Olivette, MO.  Industrial Vision will operate as a division of SafeVision.
