James E. Cashman IIIIndustrial Scientific today announced that James E. Cashman, III, president and CEO at ANSYS, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANSS), has been elected to its board of directors. 

Since 2000, Cashman has served as president and CEO at ANSYS – a global leader in engineering simulation software. Under Cashman’s leadership, revenues have increased from $47 million to $866 million as of 2013.
