Southern Glove releases its new 2016 product catalog

January 15, 2016

Southern GloveIndustrial glove manufacturer Southern Glove, Inc., announces the release of its new 2016 product catalog, which is available as either a virtual flipbook via its website at www.southernglove.com/catalog or a traditional printed version.

“Since 1945, Southern Glove has earned its reputation for innovative, award-winning, top-quality safety protection,” said Brent Fidler, President and CEO, Southern Glove. “We’re excited to carry on that proud tradition with the products presented in our new catalog, which commemorates Southern Glove’s 70th anniversary, highlights Southern Glove’s dedication to smart design, and provides all the information you need to select the right protection for your job or industry.”

The 36-page catalog presents Southern Glove’s complete 2016 product line, including its exclusive, impact-resistant Sarco and Arma Tuff Impact Gloves.  It also features their comprehensive line of hand and arm protection, including: oil field, flame-retardant, custom private label, hot mill, double- and single-palm, palm dip, chore, disposable, Para-Aramid Kevlar® and Twaron®, machine-knit terry, cut and sewn terry, cut-resistant, string-knit, leather, PVC, neoprene, latex, and nitrile gloves, as well as protective sleeves.

The catalog also introduces several new innovations from Southern Glove, like the Arma Tuff Armadillo Glove, which provides greater comfort and dexterity, as well as excellent resistance to cuts and abrasions, for the oil, gas and mining industries. Gen3 Sarco Pads are designed to add even greater flexibility, mobility, comfort and impact integrity to Southern Glove’s popular Sarco Impact Gloves, the original high-impact drilling and mining glove. Southern Glove’s new Ergo Shield Insoles increase cushioning comfort and support in work boots, casual and athletic shoes, while their new Kevlar® Sleeves provide tough industrial arm protection in a variety of lengths, plies and styles. The catalog also takes a closer look at Southern Glove’s Southern Innovations division, which offers advanced contract cut-and-sew services to clients internationally.

Headquartered in Newton, N.C., Southern Glove is a family-owned and operated industrial glove manufacturer, providing top-quality safety protection throughout the United States since 1945. Southern Glove’s products are available through a network of authorized glove distributors throughout the United States. The company also carries an extensive inventory of products in Newton, N.C.
