HexArmor announced today the release of their latest innovation, Ceros safety helmets. This is the next step in HexArmor’s expansion of industry-leading personal protective equipment into the head protection space.

Steve VanErmen, President and CEO of HexArmor, says, “The safety hard hat industry hasn’t seen any innovation in decades. We saw this as an opportunity to raise the standard and deliver more – more Wearability, more comfort, more stability, more convenience, more safety – for thoughtful, reimagined head protection.”

The Ceros safety helmet line by HexArmor incorporates all the innovation and technology that customers have come to expect from HexArmor. All Ceros safety helmets come standard with a premium pre-assembled six-point AirBridge suspension system, ensuring safety right out of the bag. A lightweight, low-sitting ergonomic fit gives wearers a stable, balanced center of gravity. Helmets are available in multiple colors and styles with short or long brim lengths, as well as a soon-to-be-released Alpine option.

Additionally, Ceros safety helmets feature two North American safety industry firsts: front-to-back HexVent airflow system and proprietary Click-and-Go magnetic accessories. Click-and-Go magnetic accessories include hearing protection and anti-fog and scratch-resistant face shields coated with HexArmor’s proprietary TruShield coatings.

“Every detail of Ceros was thoughtfully designed to raise the standard of safety and comfort. We believe that PPE should not require assembly in the field and should come complete with premium features for secure, balanced head protection right out of the bag,” VanErmen adds. “We look forward to continuing to work alongside our customers to provide groundbreaking PPE solutions that give workers the protection they deserve.”

A joint venture between HexArmor and uvex Winter Holding GmbH, parent of the uvex safety group and a world leader in PPE, has allowed for a combination of resources to address unsolved issues in safety helmets with our combined manufacturing, engineering, design, and technical expertise.

“Our focus is to bring the best products to the market to protect people, and safety helmets are the continuation of what’s to come in a long line of PPE advancements from HexArmor,” continues VanErmen. “Our partnership allows us to utilize our strengths in design and manufacturing expertise that are simply unparalleled in the PPE world, helping to further provide innovative and quality products that bring workers back home to their families every night, unharmed.”

“HexArmor is a trusted advisor to safety professionals and workers across the industry spectrum, and we are excited to launch our new innovative German-engineered helmets and face shields with our proprietary TruShield® coatings,” said Stefan Brueck, CEO of uvex safety group. “We’re proud to partner with a brand that mirrors our focus for innovation and high-performance in PPE, a perfect platform for the uvex safety group in the Americas.”
