Little Giant Ladder Systems (Little Giant), a manufacturer of innovative, high-quality ladders and elevated workspaces, is proud to announce the appointment of four industry leaders to its team: Jeff Angerbauer, Dave Fetzer, Katie Jancsura and Terry Lucero. These additions underscore Little Giant’s commitment to strategic growth and best-in-class innovation as part of its ongoing mission to prevent injuries and save lives.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jeff, Dave, Katie and Terry to the Little Giant family,” said Keith Van Arsdale, chief revenue and marketing officer for Little Giant. “Their collective expertise and proven leadership skills will be invaluable as we continue to enhance our products and grow our presence in the trades.”

Jeff Angerbauer has been appointed senior project manager, where he will head product development efforts at Little Giant. With his keen focus on innovation, Jeff will be responsible for driving the development of new products that prioritize safety and enhance user experience. With experience ranging from marketing to business development and project management, his work will directly support Little Giant’s mission to prevent injuries and save lives. Angerbauer’s expertise will continue to position Little Giant as a pioneer in the industry.

Dave Fetzer joins Little Giant as its new vice president of international, retail and online sales. With a strong background in strategic sales leadership, business development and international market expansion, Dave will handle efforts to grow Little Giant’s global footprint. Fetzer comes to Little Giant with expertise ranging from revenue generation and marketing to team leadership and cross-functional collaboration. In addition to his commitment to international sales, Fetzer will head Little Giant’s retail channels and grow Little Giant’s online presence to drive growth and create new opportunities for Little Giant, ensuring the brand’s continued global success.

Katie Jancsura will play a critical role in brand management, media relations, product development and Little Giant’s trade show presence as its new senior director of marketing. With years of experience in product and marketing management as well as expertise in building and nurturing brand reputation, Jancsura will be instrumental in highlighting Little Giant’s message of safety through innovation. As Little Giant continues to grow, Jancsura will aim to elevate the Little Giant brand while fostering deeper connections with stakeholders across the board.

Terry Lucero is designated as vice president of sales for the trade division, where he will oversee key business operations across North America. With over 30 years of experience in sales and distribution, Lucero brings a wealth of expertise in both the telecom and MRO sectors. As part of the Little Giant team, Lucero is responsible for maintaining relationships with industry associations like the Specialty Tools and Fasteners Distributors Association (STAFDA), while managing a highly-skilled sales team spanning the United States.

As the company continues to expand, Little Giant remains committed to their core mission of developing solutions that help users safely and efficiently reach their workspaces, whether on the job or at home. The addition of these four leaders will further bolster the company’s efforts to lead the ladder industry with safety, innovation and customer satisfaction.
