The Second Annual Workplace Safety Summit for national leaders in the field will be held at the new Center for Business and Public Policy at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business on April 11 and 12.
The school hosted the first summit in March 2001. Since then, working groups made up of business, labor, government, academia and non-government representatives have been drafting plans on topics such as national leadership, making the business case for safety, and public awareness.
