Quest Technologies has announced the “Forever Warranty” on current instruments. When currently supported Quest instruments from U.S. customers are calibrated by the company’s accredited laboratory in the U.S. each year, Quest will extend the original manufacturer’s warranty for an additional one year.

This approach leads to a warranty on a Quest instrument that essentially lasts forever, so long as the instrument is returned to Quest each year for its periodic calibration check and components are available for any needed repairs.

The Quest laboratory is ISO-9001-2000 registered and accredited to ISO 17025.
